That Feeling ~
Mystics for Peace
I had that feeling
Of such a co-creation
Of the temple lights
And sanctuaries of life
I had that sensitivity
To feel the rhythms
Of creations
Of those little big bangs
Happening in the dome
Of life
But then
I was suddenly devoid
Of such a feeling
As if god’s robbed me
Of my power of love
That saw through
The mountains
And found in them
The caves
And at such a snatching
I felt a void
A massive empty space
Shrouding my abilities
And then It felt as centuries
I never heard
Of the cycles of water
The rhythm of rains
And pregnancies
Of the seeds
Or their wanting not to
Free as they are
Free they will be
But then
Just a little before
The dawn today
I heard of a temple
And my heart chimed
Its rusted bell
Almost as stone
It was there
Or not there
I did not know
Nor wanted to
But this hour
I heard its chime
Although as dim and deaf
As deaf and dim can be
But, that is not important
More than the breeze
That entered
My slightly opened window
And a refreshing
Fragrance that it brought
And I thought
Is it the Spring
In the air
Is it the Spring
In the air!
